Hans brings over 20 years of experience from the banking and insurance sector, where he worked for a major financial institution. His expertise in financial services, combined with his fluency in five languages, makes him a valuable asset to international clients navigating the Spanish real estate market.

Janneke is an all-round ICT specialist with extensive technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills. She also spent many years working as a property coordinator for the Dutch government, where she served as the central point of contact for asset management, maintenance, rentals and sales — a combination of digital expertise and hands-on experience in the real estate sector.

Robbie combines strong entrepreneurial skills with in-depth real estate expertise. While successfully running his agricultural business in the Netherlands, he has also proven himself as a certified registered valuer and building inspector. With registrations in several professional property organisations, Robbie brings a sharp eye for quality and value — a reliable adviser for buyers and investors seeking solid opportunities on the Spanish coast.

Gregory

Gregory hails from Belgium and brings a wealth of experience gained through years of freelance work. His entrepreneurial background and language skills—fluent in French and English, with a strong understanding of Dutch—make him a valuable addition to our team. Gregory supports Hans in the office, assisting with day-to-day operations and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly.
