The Villa is very luxurious decorated in oriental style situated on the coast of Almeria in San Juan De Los Terreros.

The property is only a couple of mins drive or approx 15 - 20 mins walk to the local beaches, bars and restaurants of Terreros but you do also have a cafe/bar serving great food only 3 mins walk away from the villa and is popular with the nearby locals.

A very well and easy to maintain garden. Private garage/ workshop.
This is a walled/fenced plot giving privacy. There is a gate and a separate gated driveway entrance.
The driveway is beautifully tiled.
Then you have a swimming pool surrounded by easy maintenance grass. there is ample space for sunbeds ( To get that perfect tan!) and some very nice garden ornaments & plants.
There is a large covered terrace great for outside dining. on the two sides of the villa you have a storeroom and laundry area. Here you also a have a lovely wall fountain. Also there is a large barbecue.

You then have the stairs taking you upstairs.Here you have two double bedrooms. Bedroom one has a large ensuite and doors leading to a terrace where you have both sea and mountain views. This bedroom also has a fantastic dressing room fitted out with wood drawers, shelves and hanging space, every woman's( and some mens) dream....
Bedroom two has a ensuite toilet and doors leading to a terrace again with sea views.From this balcony there are the stairs to the roof terrace where you can sunbathe in peace and enjoy the views.
The villa is full of light and is an amazing place where to enjoy our amazing wheather all year round.

San Juan de los Terreros is a small coastal village on the Costa Almeria. Terreros is a typical Spanish resort, quiet for most of the year but comes alive in the summer months.
The beautiful, gently shelving, sandy beach which stretches right around the bay of Terreros, making it safe for children and swimming. There are a handful of good beach bars (chiringuitos) along the promenade serving lunch,dinner, tapas and drinks, here you’ll find both locals and holidaymakers passing the day together. Along the coast in either direction there are a host of other bays and beaches to explore.

The views of the beautiful bay and surrounding mountains are spectacular from the rocky headland its 16th century castle.
In the main street there are a number of bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from, two well stocked supermarkets catering for most nationalities. From June until Sept there is a weekly market selling clothes,shoes , fruit and vegetables plus a night market in the main square.
11 km from San Juan De Los Terreros is the town of Aguilas, Famous for its Mardi Gras Carnival (one of the biggest in Spain). Here you have many good value cafes, bars , excellent restaurants and two discotheques for both the young and old at heart!.. You can spend an evening in the beautiful plaza enjoying a drink or an ice cream. It's here you can board the party boat and try various watersports from the new Mariner.

With an average of 320 days of sunshine per year, this region has arguably the best climate in Spain. It's an ideal all year round location. Temperatures of 32-36 degrees in the summer, and about 14-16 degrees in the winter.
